To help service providers continue to deliver supports to NDIS clients during COVID-19, the NDIA has temporarily increased price limits for several critical supports by 10 per cent.
Clients will not be out of pocket. The increase will be covered by current NDIS funding. Funding will be extended where required so no participant will miss out on any services.
The following critical supports are subject to this increase:
Assistance with Daily Life (not including Supported Independent Living)
Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Improved Health and Wellbeing (not including personal training)
Improved Daily Living Skills
These changes are in place for a six-month period, effective 25 March 2020. LiveBetter intends to apply these price changes to the services outlined above from 1 May, and under the terms of your Service Agreement we are providing you with 14-days' notice of these changes.
The NDIA will review this price change after three months to assess whether the change remains appropriate.
