This recipe is from LiveBetter staff member, Di, which she learned from her Grandmother. This quick and easy recipe is especially great for when you have left-over cooked white rice!
Ingredients: 2 x cups cooked white rice
2 x tins carnation milk
1/2 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix together the cooked white rice, carnation milk and sugar in a large bowl.
Once combined, spoon into an oven-proof pyrex dish and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake for 40 minutes, checking at the 30 minute mark.
Tip: Check the consistency while baking. If it seems to be drying out, add a dash of milk.
